Believe Housing

Believe Housing required a complete overhaul both in terms of thinking and design when it came to their head office in Seaham. The 35,000 sq.ft prime office space at Spectrum Business Park needed refurbishment, with Ultimate tasked with completing a project which allowed Believe to implement a new working culture and processes.

Believe Housing case study

Believe Housing realised that the transformation from typical bench desk structures to destinations for connection, collaboration, focus and innovation could support the future of the organisation. A variety of Connection products were specified throughout the project to achieve the overall goal of a modern space which ultimately worked smarter than before to maximise space.

Believe Housing Flock Auditorium

The Flock Meet auditorium was coupled with Swoosh bar stools to create an open meeting and presentation space, ideal for conducting collaborative discussions in an open-plan space. Thanks to the table attachment atop the Flock, it also serves as a desk should the need for extra desk space arise.

Rooms was utilised in various configurations throughout the building, illustrating its incredible versatility and ability to transform open-plan space. This particular example features multiple soft-seating options such as Hygge, as well as a printed library wall at the rear to create a comfortable and secluded space in the middle of the office for employees to meet and collaborate, or enjoy breaks alone.

The Hygge was also used at various points throughout the building to create a different feel in separate areas. Specified in vibrant and eye-catching fabrics, they were positioned within Rooms as well as alongside the Omni coffee table to create breakout spaces around the office for impromptu meetings or just general relaxation.
