The mill, which originally made machines for industry, was constructed between 1880 and the early 20th century, Stubbs has been sensitively restored and has seen many of the original features retained. ADT Workplace undertook the full design and refurbishment.
The international arm of Fanatics will use the move to develop a new base and further expansion plans. Tryst booths were specified to create meeting and breakout spaces in open plan areas, providing privacy away from desk & social areas. The booths were placed in corridors to optimise the space as productive meeting areas. The Tryst booths were integrated with power & presentation facilities to supported team working and break out facilities away from traditional meeting rooms.
