Connection Acquired by the Flokk Group
It gives us great pleasure to announce that on the 28th February 2022 Connection Seating Limited was acquired by the Norwegian company, Flokk, Europe’s leading manufacturer of high-quality workplace furniture.
During the exploratory discussions between our two businesses, it became increasingly apparent that we share an aligned vision, common values, and a passion for furniture design. Together we now share an unrivalled portfolio of products that are well positioned to respond to the ongoing requirements of both our existing and prospective customers.
Connection will continue to operate under its own brand as a subsidiary of the Flokk group. All contact points for our customers and other stakeholders will remain unchanged, and we are confident that there will be a seamless integration of the two businesses.
The Directors and management team will continue in the business and will play an integral role in ensuring continuity, and delivering the ongoing requirements to both existing and prospective stakeholders.
We continue to make progress with the move to our new purpose-built factory by early summer 2022, which will encompass a head office, showroom, and state of the art manufacturing facility. This, combined with a number of new product launches in the spring, promises that 2022 will prove to be a very exciting time for Connection.
