Allianz

Allianz Guildford office underwent a significant transformation, designed by TSK, from a traditional multi-level setup to a dynamic open-plan environment. This redesign focuses on enhancing employee experience through collaboration, inclusivity, and sustainability while ensuring minimal environmental impact.

The redesign prioritized inclusivity and sustainability by placing employee experience at the forefront. The traditional office layout was reimagined into an open-plan space that maximizes natural light and provides a varied work environment. This change allows employees greater flexibility in choosing where and how to work.

Connection Rooms create a “space within a space” designed for meetings and collaboration. TSK specified both Rooms to lounge and Rooms to collaborate, where a collaborative desk area encourages informal interactions and teamwork.

The use of Camden chairs in the lounge and informal meeting zones creates a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Also featured in the canteen and breakout area, Camden chairs are upholstered in Panaz Epic Botanic Blue Rust and Camira Synergy Congregate, harmonising the blues and oranges of the scheme and enhancing the overall aesthetic.

The transformation of Allianz’s Guildford office resulted in a vibrant, productive, and inclusive headquarters. Employees now enjoy a workspace that promotes collaboration and connection while reflecting Allianz’s values of respect and empowerment.
