Apadami

Office insight, partnered with leading mobile technology company, Apadmi, to develop a multifunctional space that not only supported their diverse operational needs but also clearly differentiated them from competitors.

With a strong focus on adaptability and innovation, the brief called for a versatile environment that could support Apadmi’s internal initiatives, including the Apadmi Academy, while also serving as an event venue and an office overflow solution.

Apadmi needed a space that could flexibly transition between various modes of use, including hosting Apadmi Academy sessions, functioning as a dynamic event space for both internal and external gatherings, and providing additional workspace to complement their existing offices on the 9th floor of the same building. The key design challenge was to ensure these diverse functions could coexist within a single cohesive area without compromising on aesthetics, comfort, or functionality.

Understanding the client’s need for fluidity, Office Insight curated a design solution that prioritised modularity, mobility, and acoustic comfort.

Key design features included:

  • Nomad was selected for their manoeuvrability. Built on casters, these pieces allow staff to effortlessly reconfigure the space depending on the task at hand.
  • Xpresso Original Chairs were chosen due to their lightweight and stackable design. Providing easy reconfiguration, they were deployed throughout the space, in presentation zones, learning areas, and meeting spaces.
  • Acoustic Sheer Curtains: These were strategically installed to section off different zones, reduce noise, and enhance privacy—all while maintaining a light, open aesthetic.

The completed project successfully delivered a transformable, future-proof workspace tailored to Apadmi’s culture and operational rhythm. Thanks to Office Insight’s collaborative approach and thoughtful selection of flexible furnishings, Apadmi now benefits from a space that encourages learning, engagement, and community, setting them apart in a competitive tech landscape.
