Wagstaff were brought in to lead the design and fit-out process under intense time constraints. The challenge was clear, deliver two fully operational, flexible workspaces, fast.

To mitigate potential delays, Wagstaff sourced all products from trusted, UK-based suppliers. This not only accelerated lead times and reduced logistical risks but also supported British manufacturing and local industries.
Design Highlights
At the heart of the design was Connection Harp, an innovative system of bungee cord walls used to create visual and functional zones without the need for permanent construction. This approach allowed for:
- Flexible “neighbourhood” workspaces
- Clear division between collaborative and independent zones
- Maintained openness and visibility throughout the space
This unique layout encouraged productivity, communication, and adaptability—key elements for a team transitioning into new environments under pressure.
Wagstaff successfully delivered both sites within the strict turnaround time, ready for immediate occupancy. The designs balanced speed, style, and functionality, enabling CareCo to seamlessly resume operations without compromise.
