Flo Health, the company behind one of the world’s leading women’s health apps, had reached a point where its existing office could no longer keep pace with its growing, hybrid team.

The previous workspace didn’t reflect the energy or purpose of the organisation, leaving employees feeling uninspired and unsupported in their daily routines. With significant growth on the horizon and a strong mission-led culture, Flo set out to create a workplace that would help attract exceptional talent, strengthen collaboration, and provide an effortless experience for both on-site and remote staff.

To achieve this, Flo partnered with Kitt Offices to design a bespoke workspace tailored to the evolving needs of their team. The resulting environment blends brand expression, functionality, and future scalability, ensuring the office can grow alongside the organisation.

Central to the design was the integration of versatile Connection furniture solutions. Connection Platforms Additions were used to create a collaborative presentation zone, offering a flexible space for team gatherings, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration. In the coffee area, Connection Centro Stools provide the ideal seating option for informal conversations and socialising, helping to nurture a strong sense of community within the office.

Beyond aesthetics, the workspace was carefully crafted to enhance productivity and well-being. Abundant natural light, dedicated quiet-focus areas, and tech-enabled meeting rooms ensure that employees can perform at their best—whether they are collaborating or working independently.

Since moving into the new space, Flo’s team has embraced the environment, praising its ability to support both group interaction and focused individual work. The new office not only reflects Flo’s brand identity but also strengthens team cohesion and elevates the overall employee experience.
