Nordex

ADT Workplace were appointed to complete a full office fit-out for Nordex, a leading European wind turbine manufacturer, at Worthington House in Towers Business Park, Didsbury, Manchester.

Spanning 7,000 sq. ft. and completed over 16 weeks, the project transformed a dated and inefficient office into a vibrant, open-plan workspace—reflecting Nordex’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and collaboration.

The Need for Change
Nordex’s relocation was prompted by the expiration of their lease and their previous office had become disjointed and outdated, with a fragmented layout that no longer supported the team’s operational needs or culture.

The Brief
Nordex tasked ADT Workplace with creating a modern, sustainable office environment that would:

  • Promote team cohesion and collaboration through open-plan design
  • Reflect their brand values and commitment to renewable energy
  • Integrate a repurposed turbine blade as a standout design feature, highlighting their innovative approach

Working in close partnership with Nordex, ADT Workplace delivered a solution that not only fulfilled the brief but raised the standard for office design across the company’s global network.
