Tails required a reimagined workspace that would enhance movement and collaboration among team members. The goal was for Oktra to create an office environment that reflects the brand’s lively spirit and supports diverse work styles, ultimately promoting team cohesion.
Oktra was tasked with developing a tailored furniture scheme that would meet Tails’ specific needs. The design aimed to refresh the breakout area, introducing multifunctional elements that could be easily reconfigured for various informal meetings and company events.
Connection Platforms was used to create bleacher-style bench seating. Paired with the Freedom wall, the space is ideal for group activities, company gatherings, and town hall meetings. Tryst low-back booths were also used in the space, encouraging active collaboration and fosters daily interactions among teams, enhancing the sense of community.
Given the frequent visits from dogs in the workspace, Oktra implemented a rigorous testing process for all furniture and flooring. The design team prioritized materials that are not only durable and scratch-resistant but also comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Fabrics were selected in consultation with the client to ensure longevity while maintaining a colorful, dog-friendly environment.
The overall design integrates elevated functionality throughout the space, ensuring it captures the vibrant personality of Tails. The layout promotes a welcoming atmosphere that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
