The client required a workspace that could accommodate 210 workstations, blending fixed and flexible options to encourage interaction and support ambitious sustainability objectives. The solution was built around flexibility, functionality, and human-centric design. Central to the concept were Connection Rooms, freestanding, space-defining structures that brought a sense of place to the open-plan layout. These innovative meeting spaces promoted interaction while maintaining flow and openness.
Cubbi Booths: Dedicated zones for independent work, providing the quiet focus needed for tasks requiring concentration.

Tryst Booths: Designed for meetings and group collaboration, the high-back surrounds offered both acoustic and visual privacy within the open-plan setting.
Platform Seating with Fusion Tables: Flexible areas for team workshops, collaborative sessions, and touchdown working. Integrated storage solutions allowed staff to keep personal items and office supplies organised, supporting a clutter-free environment.
The final design by Wagstaff delivers a workplace that supports diverse workstyles, from high-energy collaboration to focused individual tasks, while enhancing staff well-being. The engaging layout, adaptable furniture solutions, and integrated technology create a dynamic environment ready to evolve with the business.
By aligning with sustainability goals and prioritising employee experience, the new office positions the client to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market, ensuring long-term value and adaptability in an ever-changing workplace landscape.
