This relocation involved moving staff from their former London premises to the heart of Canary Wharf, a transition requiring sensitivity to the needs of both students and staff. The aim was to design a welcoming and inclusive environment that supported varied working styles.
The project aimed to create a workspace that fosters inclusivity and collaboration while providing a carefully considered balance of agile working areas, social spaces, and quiet zones. Furniture selections were chosen not only for their multifunctionality but also for their aesthetic appeal, ensuring the environment was both practical and visually inviting. Acoustic comfort was a key priority, enabling focused work and private conversations without distraction.

To meet these objectives, Wagstaff curated a variety of complementary furniture solutions tailored to the diverse needs of the space. The design integrated agile workstations, comfortable social zones, and dedicated quiet areas.
Muse Booths, a statement seating range with acoustic properties, were ideal for quiet areas where enhanced privacy was essential. Tryst Booths, designed for agile environments, offered similar acoustic benefits while supporting both collaborative and focused work.
Swoosh Stools, paired with Plenti Tables, created dynamic collaboration zones and vibrant social spaces. Together, these elements formed distinct yet connected zones, enabling smooth transitions between working, meeting, and socialising.
