Ascentis wanted an interactive, hybrid workspace which inspired their staff. The result was a vibrant and collaborative workspace which supported flexible, modern working practices whilst retaining a sense of fun and freedom.

Alongside the refresh of their Dublin headquarters, global betting powerhouse Flutter Entertainment furthered their evolution towards becoming a fully-fledged enabler of modern working practices, with a new 136,000sq ft space in Leeds city centre. Once again, we worked with Staverton to deliver products that met Flutter’s demands.
Spread across eight floors at 4 Wellington Place in the heart of the city, the new space will house over 1,000 employees, fully integrated together after the merger of two separate sites. The core requirement of the new office is to be as supportive of the evolving working patterns of employees as possible, as they move from orthodox habits towards activity-based-working. The office now boasts a plethora of different working environments under one roof to ensure individuals can work to the best of their ability.

The perfect product for a forward-thinking, activity-based workplace, Nomad was specified alongside Play in both booth, sofa, and table form. Mounted atop casters, it allows employees to manoeuvre the space in whatever way works best for them at any given moment, making it ideal for the rapid pace of the modern office.
Positioned to encourage informal breakout meetings and discussions, the low back Tryst booths combine practicality and comfort to ensure they are the ideal product for hosting one-on-one meetings, or for just simply enjoying a lunch break.
