Ascentis wanted an interactive, hybrid workspace which inspired their staff. The result was a vibrant and collaborative workspace which supported flexible, modern working practices whilst retaining a sense of fun and freedom.

MAN Energy Solutions SE/Augsburg recently moved into their reconstructed floor in the company’s administration building.
The design projects created recreation areas, communications zones and shared desks to create a transparent and open working atmosphere.
The consulting and planning agency Dr. Wagner & Partners was responsible for the detailed planning and its realisation supported by the furniture procurement through WINI Büromöbel.
A complete makeover of the technical and structural conditions was undertaken to create a contemporary office design. Recreation areas, communications zones and shared desks, separated by glass walls to create a transparent and open working atmosphere. Long window fronts provide a generous amount of daylight.
The spacious project room was created as a flexible and creative work lab. A bistro kitchen furnished with Swoosh poseur stools and Rollie lounge chairs invites communication outside break times enabling more fluid collaboration across the company.
Back-to-back Cubbi modules were specific in MAN branded colours and added to create small alcoves in the open plan area, providing privacy away from casual seating areas & sociable spaces.
Tryst booths integrated with power & presentation facilities were provided to support team working and break out facilities away from a traditional meeting room.
