33 Legal

33 Legal required a space which supported their long-term ambition of becoming one of the UK’s leading personal and criminal injury practices.

33 Legal required a space which supported their long-term ambition of becoming one of the UK’s leading personal and criminal injury law practices. To reach the heights they desired, they needed to create a new office space that could attract top-tier legal talent. They found the ideal workspace in the heart of Manchester city centre at St George’s House on Peter Street.

Despite its prime location, a substantial office fitout was required to transform the space into an elite workspace worthy of its lofty ambitions. Eatock Design & Build finalised the process, which featured an array of Connection commercial furniture, including Luna chairs, Muse statement seating booths, Tryst booths, and Centro tables.

The finished open-place office space can accommodate up to 40 employees in a variety of environments selected for optimal floor space use. In addition to more orthodox and traditional areas like the two modular private offices and twelve-person boardroom, the renovated space embraces increasingly popular facets of modern working. Numerous areas designed for collaborative, agile working have been implemented, as well as planters to provide a touch of biophilia to brighten the space.

Tryst booths have been specified at various points in the space to provide employees with the opportunity to complete individual work privately, or to collaborate with colleagues. The two-seater Tryst booth with canopy provides a small area of seclusion within the open-plan office space, with both visual and acoustic privacy.

Both Luna and Canova chairs have been specified within versatile work-café and breakout areas for multi-purpose usage, from meeting and working to eating and relaxing. Both chairs are robust, yet sleek and versatile in their design and add a pop of colour and personality to any setting.
